PS4 console gamers can now download a new gaming experience from the PlayStation Store, the latest in a steady stream of new content.
Gamers looking for something new to do this weekend on their PS4 console have plenty to choose from.
Not only are there new trials and demos available to download and play but there are also exclusive PS Plus bundles to claims.
But for those gamers who are just looking to test something new out his weekend, the perfect choice of gaming experience could be waiting for you.
Added earlier this week, PS4 gamers can now grab a copy of the Utawarerumono: ZAN Demo.
This is available in the United States but is easier to find for UK gamers using the PlayStation Store.
Weighing in at less than 3GB to download on a regular PlayStation 4, the new trial will be an easy game to install, regardless of the console model you own.
Described as an action-packed brawler, the full version of Utawarerumono: ZAN will also be available to purchase in Europe and North America in 2019.
According to the official site, ZAN is currently scheduled to launch in both regions in September and supports multiplayer features
.It’s unlikely that this new demo provides much in the way of multiplayer support - the official description lists it as one-player - but is no doubt a great way to check out the battlefield brawler early.
“Unveil a lost legend in a new light with Utawarerumono: ZAN! This action-packed brawler is a reimagination of the story of Haku, a man with no memories, and the great conflict that consumes the land he calls home,” the official game description reads.
“Take control of over 12 legendary heroes from the world of Utawarerumono, and utilize their unique strengths and abilities to engage hordes of enemies in ferocious melee combat.
“Venture through dynamic battlefields, unleash devastating special moves, and experience a grand tale of war and destiny.
And unfortunately for those who might be interested in picking up the demo on other platforms, it looks like Utawarerumono: ZAN is for PlayStation only, like the full release.
As mentioned above, the new ZAN trial is just one of a number of new options that have been added to the PlayStation Store this week.
Gamers can also head over to the official PS Store and download Rainbow Six Siege for free.
This trial gives players access to the full version of the game until September 4, 2019.
This means you will be able to test out a number of different R6 Operators on a growing list of maps available in-game.
And the good news is that it doesn’t appear that an official PS Plus membership is needed.
Ubisoft has also heavily discounted the game on several platforms, making it easier to pick up in the long-run.
Gamers with a PS Plus membership will also have access to a range of new free games on the PlayStation Store very soon.
For now, PlayStation Plus owners can still download and play WipEout Omega Collection and Sniper Elite 4.
But on September 3, this will change, and a new range of games will replace the current lineup.
This will include Batman: Arkham Knight and Darksiders III, which will be available to download until early October.
